More info

In the middle of June '24, we spent some time in Hamningberg while a lot of whales were observed along the coast. This attracted a lot of gulls, and we stumbled upon this flock that was spending their night along the rocky beaches by the lighthouse.

Amongst them were Herring Gulls and Great Black-Backed Gulls, and I counted around 2000 in total on this strip of the beach. At sea we noticed more large flocks, which also included kittiwakes, following the whales.
